As a client of Minor Hotel Group, your personal data and/or the personal data of members of your family may be requested for different purposes, more specifically:

Credit card details
Fidelity programme card number
Dates of arrival at and departure from our hotels /restaurants or other points of sale
Information on children: name, date of birth, age, e-mail
Interests and preferences: e.g. location of room required, smoking/ non-smoking room, type of room and bed requested required, preferred newspaper, etc
Possible client comments during or after a stay at a Minor Hotel Group hotel.
As a job applicant or intern at Minor Hotel Group, the following personal data may be requested:
Interests and reasons for your application
Education and training and professional experience
We do not request sensitive information such as: religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, information on health, racial origin or ethnicity, sexual orientation or union membership.
Personal data may be requested in different circumstances, including (but not limited to) the following:
Participation in marketing programmes (subscription to newsletters to receive offers/promotions, register in loyalty programme; contributions to surveys and/or comments of clients, competitions, social media and SMS marketing campaigns)
Hotel activities (e.g. room or table reservations, check-in and check-out; complaints or requests)
Supply of information from tour operators, travel agencies or on-line reservation systems
Internet activities (connection to Minor Hotel Group site; completing of forms to request online data - for example, online reservations, questionnaires, etc)
Job or internship applications.
2. Objectives of Requesting Personal Data Personal data is requested with the following objectives:
Management of reservation and stay of clients
Improvement of the services we provide in our hotels, restaurants and other points of sale so as to understand client needs and exceed their expectations
Personalization of our services
Sending of newsletters, promotions and marketing materials. Clients may cancel their subscription to our Newsletter service by e-mail, clicking on the link in the newsletters we send by e-mail.
Recruitment of staff for Minor Hotel Group.
3. Sharing of Personal Data Minor Hotel Group may share the personal data of clients / applicants with:
Minor Hotel Group employees: more specifically to provide the services requested and/or to manage databases for clients / applicants (formally authorized by the relevant Data Protection Regulating Entity),
Local authorities – should it be required by local legislation or as part of internal Minor Hotel Group investigations, in accordance with legal requirements.
MINOR HOTEL GROUP also reserves the right to transmit any personal data in the event of sale or transmission of part or all of the company or respective assets.
4. Accessing, Changing and Deleting Personal Data
Clients / Applicants may access, correct, add to, update or delete their personal data by contacting Minor Hotel Group by e-mail: email@example.com. Such requests will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Minor Hotel Group may request a copy of a valid identification document so as to protect client privacy and confirm identification, before making any changes

General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Offer is valid for booking until 31 December 2018, with travel and stay to be completed by 31 December 2018.
1.3 Offer subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
1.4 Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
1.5 Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
1.6 Offer is for hotel accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only - any other expenses incurred will be charged to the guest’s account.
1.7 By accepting the offer, you consent to the Club contacting you via phone/SMS/email in relation to your reservation and related product features notwithstanding any registration on the Do Not Call Registry.
2.1 Offer is designed for singles and couples who are married or in a life partnership and residing in the same city.
a. If single, you are over the age of 30 and have a minimum annual income of USD 70,000.
b. If married or in a life partnership, either you or your spouse/partner are/is over the age of 28 and you have a minimum combined annual income of USD 75,000.
2.2 Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, and persons who have attended a presentation within the past twenty four (24) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
2.3 An eligible person can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of their life and only one offer may be redeemed per household unless otherwise specified.
2.4 Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
3.1 Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of the Anantara Vacation Club Shared Ownership presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay.
3.2 In the event that you and/or your spouse/partner fail to attend or complete the presentation during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show this offer will be forfeited and an administration fee of USD 500 will be charged to the credit card used to process your booking.
Payment and Surcharges
4.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be made with a credit card
4.2 A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays. For more information, please contact the Club.
4.3 An additional USD 50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.
4.4 Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights. For more information, please contact the Club.
4.5 Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show penalty charge of USD 500. A flat rescheduling fee of USD 99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process your booking.
Amendments and Termination
5.1 The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
5.2 The decision of the Club on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
5.3 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
